When and how do I get paid?
You get paid 60 days after the month when your account reaches $50. The 60 days is because we pay you when we get paid from the affiliates. We will send you a check made out to your organization name (or to an individual representing the organization). We’re working on an ACH process but are not there yet.
How do I know my account balance?
We will send you an email once a week with your balance. Of course, you can contact us at any time and we’ll be happy to give you an up to date balance.
Why should I use BSDG?
We have great commissions. We set up your customized page for you. We manage all of the store relationships for you. And best of all – we’re free.
Also, it’s really easy – you just tell people about your page, they can bookmark it to remind them to go there before purchasing.
Just to be clear, the buyer pays the same amount for their products whether they click your link. It’s just if they do, then you get paid.
Who is eligible?
Any official or unofficial organization. Examples include school PTAs, church youth groups, sports teams, clubs, etc. Anyone legit really. And we don’t discriminate at all.
What are the best ways to promote my page?
There are some best practices of course. These include:
- Linking to your page from your site
- Emailing your organization to tell them about it
- Social media – posting on Facebook and Twitter
- Continuing to remind people via the methods above. It takes time to develop a habit, but when you tell people for a small time investment they are making a difference, most people are really willing to help.
How do I make changes to my page?
Eventually, we’ll have an admin section where you can log in and make changes – like replacing your image, changing description text, and changing which vendors are featured. But for now, you need to contact us to make changes. We try to turn them around within a day.
